The definiton of the object we now call a poem will be
redefined in the near future by the electronic media, just as it
was earlier redefined by the media of writing and the printing
press. This new definition of a poem will be a multi-media
synthesis of graphic imagery including video, still and
animation; of sound such as the author's reading, sound effects
and music; and of the integration of the text into, or along with
the image.
The following images are snapshots of just such an E-Poem.
